Today's pre event: Rumor recap

Later today, A le will hold its second pre conference in so many weeks. Before the big a ouncement(s), let's have a brief recap of the rumors surrounding today's event.

1. New Powerbooks. Several rumor sites are reporting that new Powerbooks will be released this afternoon. In light of the new iMac, I couldn't help but think of this article we posted back in September, featuring a patent A le filed for a laptop with a camera built into the cla of the lid. Will the Powerbook get the same integrated iSight treatment as the iMac or even (ga !) FrontRow?!?
2. New Power Macs. It feels like the G5 Power Macs haven't received a su tantial update in a while. Think Secret seems to believe that they'll bear < an cla ="text">dual-core PowerPC 970MP proce ors as of this afternoon. That would be pretty nice.
3. < an cla ="text">Image editing software. Is A le working on an image editing a lication? Think Photoshop's tools with iPhoto's interface. Today's event is the PhotoPlus Expo after all, and the invitatio A le sent out featured a camera le .
